In our last post about the most frequently asked questions that we receive about Nutisystem we discussed what questions that people are most concerned about. We will continue with a few more questions which will include some of the questions that we received after our last post from some of our new readers.
1. What Happens When the Six Weeks Are over? Well, when the six weeks are over you can continue on the Nutisystem plan or you can take on the responsibility yourself. Many people gain weight because they do not have the self-discipline to control the amount of food that they eat. If you have been on the Nutisystem you should have learned at least two things after the six-week period. The first thing that you should’ve learned is that smaller portions will help you lose weight. You should have also learned how many calories and how much you can eat of some of your favorite foods without having to give them up. There is no doubt that eating home is a lot healthier than eating out. So if you feel that you learned and have the self-discipline to maintain the amount of food intake then you can stop. If you feel that you do not have the self-discipline than you might want to consider continuing with the Nutisystem plan or at least eating a few meals a day to help you with the conversion process.
2. Can I Still Lose Weight If I Don’t Exercise? The answer to that question is surprisingly yes. You definitely won’t lose the weight as fast as someone who is exercising while on the Nutisystem plan but you should still lose at least a pound a week. The Nutisystem plan is designed to work even if you do not exercise. With that being said, it is definitely better exercise while on the plan for two reasons. One is will see the results faster and second is it is better for your health. Losing weight should not be the only thing that you should be concerned about. Your good health should be one of your main priorities and exercising will help you achieve those goals as well.
3. How does Nutisystem compare with Weightwatchers? To be very honest they are roughly the same. the main differences between Nutisystem and weight watchers is that with Nutisystem you have a little bit more freedom by viewing online the points system and how they are used in your favorite local restaurants. Both systems work if you stick to the plan I just believe from my experience, that Nutisystem was a lot more convenient for what I was looking for. As I discussed in a previous post I believe diets do not work but I also believe that Nutisystem helped me change my eating habits while still meeting some of the foods that I refuse to give up.
The true benefit of Nutisystem is that it helps people that have not been disciplined or do not know how to stay disciplined learning new way to keep track of what they eat. This is the only way to keep the weight off.

1. How Much Does It Cost? Nutisystem costs about three dollars per meal. How does this relate to what you eat on a daily basis. Well if you needed home and normally cost you about $2.50 to $3.50 per meal. The range depends of course on what you’re eating and what portion size you’re making. Nutisystem portions are small in size and this is how you lose weight and then make money. Understand that Nutisystem is a business and they are making money. With that being said the plan works and that should be what is most important.
2. Do the Meals Taste Good? I would say yes for the most part but I would be lying or misleading to say that all the meals taste good. This is something based on your own opinion and something you might have to come to a conclusion about after trying each individual meal. The good thing about Nutisystem is that if you order a certain meal and you decide that you do not like how it tastes you can send it back and they would trade it in for something that you do like. how something taste depends on the person’s opinion that is enough food which I’m sure you understand. Nutisystem is flexible enough to make sure your money does not go wasted by giving you the option to trade in the food that you are not happy with.
3. How Much Weight Can I Lose in a Week? this question is very broad and depends on a few factors that you may want to consider when trying to calculate how much weight you can lose per week. If you are extremely overweight you can lose three to 4 pounds a week by using the Nutisystem plan. This number is calculated if you also do exercise at least three days a week for 30 minutes a day. If you are a midsized person you can normally lose two to 3 pounds a week at exercising at least three days a week for 30 minutes a day. Now the more you exercise the more weight you will lose. The more you cheat the less weight you will lose. If you stick to the plan and eat the meals without cheating the weight will come off.
4. What Type of Exercises in My Supposed to Do? The best exercises to do while on the Nutisystem plan is cardiovascular exercises. Cardiovascular exercises will help you burn calories and lose that while you are on the Nutisystem diet. If you exercise three to four times a week in 30 to 40 minute intervals you can lose an extra pounds a week. It just really depends on how dedicated you are and how fast you want to lose the weight.

Nutisystem works because it is a system that helps you change your reading habits by lowering the amount of food that you eat in a day. If you train your body to be less food or eat smaller portions your stomach will shrink over time which will in turn make you less hungry. They have also made those same foods a lot healthier by not using reprocessed me and reducing the amount of fat per meal. If you want to lose weight the Nutisystem plan might be a great way for you not just to lose weight but teach you how to eat properly so the weight does not come back once your diet is over. I stress the word diet because I truly believe that diets really don’t work but I do believe that if you change the way you eat and your bad habits you can not only lose the weight but keep the weight off. Most diets focus on results of losing weight fast but do not focus on actually helping the person change their habits which have caused them to gain weight over the years. This is something that you really need to consider when deciding which diet plan is really right for you. I will not lie to you and tell you that at the beginning it might not be the funnest way of losing weight. But on the other hand I have heard of a fun diet. When choosing which diet or diet plan is best for you you must consider that most diets are created for short increments of time. This is why you have to change your eating habits for long-term unless you want to be on a consistent diet for the rest of your life. The Europeans have figured out that sometimes just eating small portions can keep the weight off. They actually use smaller plates to regulate the size of portions that they eat. Pretty simple idea, but the idea actually works. The Nutisystem plan is also very affordable as it is equivalent to a meal that you would be if you cook it yourself in your own home. This is not a plan that will cost you extreme amounts of money which is something that you should consider as well. If you stick to the Nutisystem plan there is no way you will not lose weight. There is no magic formula for weight loss is just a consistent adjustment of food intake and what type of foods that are good and not good for you eat. I highly recommend Nutisystem because I’ve seen it work.
